Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies and comparable technologies, such as local storage and pixel tags, to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the platform is used.

These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They include authentication tokens that keep you signed in, security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery, and load-balancing cookies used by our infrastructure.

These cookies remember choices you make, such as light or dark theme, dashboard layout and language, so you do not have to reset them on every visit. Disabling functional cookies does not block access to the platform, but preferences will reset each session.

We use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns, such as which pages are visited and where users encounter errors, so we can improve the product. Analytics data is processed in an anonymised or pseudonymised form wherever possible and is never sold to third parties.

Marketing cookies, where enabled, support personalised product update emails and measurement of our own campaigns. We do not run third-party advertising networks on authenticated pages of the platform, and marketing cookies are always optional.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie banner shown on your first visit or from your account settings once signed in. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect access to core scoring, escrow or deal room functionality.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly. Doing so may affect how some parts of the site behave, including staying signed in.

A small number of third-party providers, covering analytics, error monitoring and customer support chat, may set their own cookies when their tools run on our pages. Those providers act as our sub-processors and are subject to the vendor due diligence described in our Privacy Policy. Their own privacy notices govern how they use any data collected through their cookies.

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies, such as the one that remembers your theme preference, remain on your device for a fixed period or until you delete them manually, typically no longer than twelve months.

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
