Experts set their own rates for every service they offer and receive one hundred percent of the listed rate. FounderGrade does not deduct anything from an expert's rate.
How the Platform Is Paid
A 20% service fee is added on top of the expert's rate and paid by the founder. Founders always see the breakdown as three figures before they commit: expert rate, service fee, and total.
Rate Bands
- Calibrated tier: $150 to $400 per audit
- Senior tier: $300 to $800 per audit
- Lead tier: $600 to $1,500 per audit
- Milestone verification is a separate service with its own expert-set rate
Blind Double Reviews
On a platform-matched blind double review the founder buys a Review rather than a specific expert. The review is tier-priced as a band, each assigned reviewer is paid their own listed rate, and the third tie-break reviewer is funded by FounderGrade and never billed to the founder.
When You Get Paid
Payment is released within seven days of a completed review, to your chosen payout method. Outcome bonuses on funded deals are paid by FounderGrade, never by the founder.
