Your Expert Trust Score measures the reliability of your judgment over time. It is the main input into how many reviews you are offered.
What It Measures
- Agreement with the second reviewer on the same file
- Calibration against our reference set
- Accuracy measured against delivered outcomes over time
- Response time against the review SLA you accepted
What It Does Not Measure
It does not reward scoring high or scoring low. Direction is irrelevant. Consistency and defensibility are what move it.
