How two independent experts score every startup across team, market, product, traction, financials, scalability, risk, and fundability.
A single number is only useful if you can see how it was produced. This is the full breakdown of what our reviewers score and how those scores combine.
The Eight Dimensions
- Team: founder-market fit, prior delivery, completeness of the founding team
- Market: size, structure, timing and whether the wedge is real
- Product: what exists today, technical substance, defensibility
- Traction: verified usage and revenue evidence, not projections
- Financials: burn, runway, unit economics and quality of the model
- Scalability: what breaks at ten times the current volume
- Risk: regulatory, concentration, key-person and execution risk
- Fundability: whether the round as structured is realistically raisable
How Reviews Are Run
Two independent experts score the same file. Reviews are blind: founder names, cap table ownership and investor names are stripped before a file reaches a reviewer. Neither reviewer sees the other's scores while working.

When the two reviewers diverge materially on any dimension, a third expert is assigned and the reconciliation is recorded. No single opinion decides a score.
How the Score Moves
The score is not frozen at review. Delivering a committed milestone raises it; missing one lowers it. Verified objective data, such as revenue evidence or accelerator affiliation, surfaces as badges next to the number.
Appeals
A founder can appeal from their score page. The appeal is re-scored blind by different reviewers, and appeals are limited to once per quarter so the process stays a correction mechanism rather than a negotiation.
